About the role
Your main responsibilities will be:

IT (Project) Management:

• Responsible for local IT budget
• Manage local Infrastructure projects
• License management. (e.g. Autodesk, Sphera, PI, etc)
• Local audits & surveys. Internal, external and authorities
• Responsible for IT in local IMS (QA)
• Security trustee for IPT (industrial products Terneuzen), including OT systems

Infrastructure service and support on:

• Specific IPT Service Requests/Incidents in remedy
• Site/facility team in workspace management (desk, monitor, headset, phone, laptop bag, etc )
• Telephony services (T-Mobile) & support
• System services (labeling, lab equipment, time & attendance)
• Escalated incidents (high severity)
• Manage local server environment
• Provisioning & Lifecyle management IT Hardware (Servers, Workstations, Laptops, phones, MFPs, etc)
• Access rights AD/Azure
• Quality Assurance on Terneuzen user provisioning
• Network connectivity: configuration management & change management network equipment (incl wireless access points), monitoring, incident management.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree
• Solution/service/customer oriented
• Speaks English and Dutch
• Experience with Windows systems, Office applications and AD/Azure networks
• min. 5 years job experience
• Flexible and open-minded personality
• Used to work in an international, multi-cultural environment

Location: our production plant in Terneuzen. Occasionally you will travel to other ICL locations. You can also work partly from home.
