Broadcast Partners develops and manages the station parks for all major radio stations in the Netherlands and Flanders. What are the activities

As an electrical technician, you will perform work on our transmission systems. On a daily basis, you will be engaged in installing new and optimizing existing facilities in the area of electrical power supply for broadcast installations on sites. You will be responsible for the construction, maintenance and optimization of station support facilities. You will be part of a team of experienced mechanics. We offer every opportunity for internal training and development so that you can get to know the organization and eventually work independently.

• Construction and installation of group boxes and other electrical equipment for transmitter racks
• Construction of grounding and lightning protection for the purpose of protecting our equipment
• Installation of wiring from group box to transmitter racks and from transmitters to antennas
• Placement of UPS and ATS systems in the transmitter racks.
• Maintenance of emergency power generators
• On-site maintenance of air conditioning systems
• In the area of transmitter networks, we offer room for development and advancement

What you bring

• You are not afraid of heights and are physically fit to place structures at height
• Working and thinking level in the field of e.g.: Electrical engineering, Electrical installations or equivalent
• Experience as a mechanic is a plus
• Being able to read drawings is a plus
• Proactive and the ability to work independently
• Problem-solving ability and attention to accuracy
• Valid driver's license B
• Has or willing to obtain VCA and Safe Working at Height certifications
